1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Block platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Investment Risks

Real estate investments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Market value fluctuations
• Rental income variability
• Property damage or loss
• Regulatory changes
• Liquidity constraints

Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only invest amounts you can afford to lose.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our platform. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Token Ownership

Property tokens represent fractional ownership rights in the underlying real estate. Token holders are entitled to proportional rental income and voting rights as specified in the property's governance documents.

6. Platform Fees

Block charges fees for property management, platform services, and transactions. All fees are disclosed before investment. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice.

7. Property Management

Properties are managed by professional property management companies. Block oversees these managers but does not directly manage properties. Management performance may vary.

8. Secondary Market

Our secondary marketplace allows token trading between users. Block does not guarantee liquidity or specific pricing. All trades are peer-to-peer transactions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Block shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform or investment in properties.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Block platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Block and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, you retain ownership of your tokens but lose access to platform services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
